I've always used new, genuine nissan bolts and never had a problem. Not sure how loose you mean, but the a-series bolts aren't press fits like some v8's

What sort of conrod bolts are people using?

The A14 we are building has standard bolts that are "loose" in the holes.

Is there an ARP or equivalent bolt?
