Ben, If you want to organise a shed cruise then go for it, Ill work around you. I havent set a date as yet, and the new year might be more suitable since it will be warmer anyways in Toodyay.

As far as pulling a finger out for a white coupe Mike, well you are closer than anyone to provide a stern boot,

and on that, Daisy has to come first right now, but I will soon aquire 8 acres, so there might be some room for long term storage for one or two.

An as for starting in the hills, well its my stomping ground, and the scenery is nicer, and less lights for the cars to get seperated at, and well im a hillbilly at heart.

When I only got 2-3 suggestions for routes when I asked about, I assumed that people are happy with a hills start or what ever, one of which I used.

Its no biggie, the next run through Perth that I will organise can start at Kings Park, and head north perhaps up to Joondalup somewhere for a BBQ. Done! I dont know Joondalup much so if a local knows of a good spot let me know and ill make it happen.

Rock on folks!

tryes are awesome brett, thanks, what a difference to ride, grip and handling. and even better they dont rub at all. the last set of 185/70/13's would rub the inside of the guards when the suspension bottoms out or turning full lock, these 175's not at all. No sticker, just a warning, they wanted to give everyone. Sensible really, still a few good eggs among them.

it is a shame it went downhill,
a pitty nobody noticed the big blue and white car with disco lights, accross the road filling up with petrol....

lets make the next one a worthwhile effort...

p.s. there's another white Coupe not too far away.. if somebody pulls their finger out...

whats with perth... we're like clones.. i thought it was the Red wagon state...lol

well actually it was me that got stopped by the cops...unless it happened to some-one else too later?
and yeh its my white coupe, the 3rd one in perth!
Anyway since i didnt finish the whole run, as i had pointed out beforehand, I didnt get to pass on the message the nice lady and lad in blue wanted me to pass on.
Basically they knew we were a car club and going on a cruise of sorts and they waited across the road for us to take off to see if we would be speeding.
They said that a few of us took off accelerating excessively, mine was the most noticeable.
They wanted me to pass on to the rest of the guys:
"not to be raising testosterone and showing off to your mates or u can get your car confiscated and even crushed"

But Im looking forward to the shed tour, and yes a cruise through the city is cool to show off our little cars the right way too.

yeh does sound like a shame!

sorry your first run made such a bad impression lurch, i've been on a few now and the only one that didn't quite go as planned (checked your points latley neil?? maybe its the coil!!....hahaha) still was a good day out as far as i'm concerned

last run was bloody good - a few of us did get lost and need rounding up tho!

what happend with the cops?

once again i'll say that i wished i could of made it. looks like there was a decent turnout at the start - i did spy a white KB10 at the start! - who owns that one?
Thats 3 white coupes in the club in wa now - we should start our own club!!

I was thinking of organising a Garage Run on the 22nd or 23rd of Nov - i know it's a while away but it's the first free weekend i'll have! hope that wont interfere with your plans ruben.

If anyone is interested in showing us your shed/garage/workshop/collection of rusting beauties look out for the new thred and we'll get it all happening - perhaps we can start north of the river? and then tour arround the city visiting a few places maybe end up near the beach somwhere? just for something different.

I though with multiple stops there's less chance of people getting lost along the way
