Howdy,
Finally found out where the fibre glass kit comes from.

ALFA MOTORSPORT FIBREGLASS in victoria

They mould many types of Datsun stuff.

will make to order and thickness depending
on use, (road or track)

I have found them easy to deal with and they
will freight to anywhere is Australia.

Cheers,
Geoff

Crow,
there are pictures of the diff setup in the first post on this thread.
it is a H165 from 1200 ute with vannette centre and four link trailing arms with watts link.

Awesome car, big fan of the fj20. I have a 120y with a fj20 that i'm building and stuck on a diff and suspension setup, what type of diff and suspension are you using and what did it cost you, thanks

There's a 1200 coupe shell at Pick & Payless at Blacktown, the radiator support panel has been trimmed & it looks like the firewall/transmission tunnel is cut. Looks like somebody's unfinished project. Even been put to the side, maybe somebody has bought it already. Looks to be all there body wise. Should have asked, I suppose, but I was too busy collecting 10 mm bolts to bolt the R30 box to the L18, as the bolts I already have aren't long enough. Got a good selection, too. Plus they have the remains of a 120Y wagon out there.
