cheers for the pics, i think the head rest may be a problem as i would need to lean the seat farward to clear the wall...

yeah only thing i didnt like(or dont think id like) about your seat boof is that the headrest was the perfect spot when not wearing a helmet....so with a helmet i would imagine it pushing your head forward slightly
but damn they are cumfy

there's no sliders in my setup as it was put in for track days, it sits real low compared to standard and most other seats i've had in the sedan. it can also go lower if you notice the mount points on the top pic. the front mounts are at the highest slot and the rears are 1 slot down. with the front and the rear at the top the seat sat too upright when you have a helmet on, it could probably even go down one more slot in the rear. cheers

its comfy enough for a bit of driving ... but 2.5hrs each way to phillip island from home and 4 sessions on the track got a bit much !! but it is comfy enough i guess for a few daily type trips ... but there's no way you're getting in and out of it in a hurry !!
i'll try get a pic tonight for you ?!

yeh teh A999 are really comfy, I guess because they are moulded, unlike the metal framed OBX bucket I have, which is still fine for daily driving, but not as comfortable.
Take your ute (minus passenger seat) to repco/whoever has them as floor stock and ask if you can sit one in the ute and see how it fits. I cant see them saying no...
