Very Nice matey! What got you into 1200s? Been to Eddies Ratdat's place?

I would think all UK Datto lovers would have to visit Eddie at least once in their lives

EDIT : I just google mapped Scartho ..you live a mere 17 miles away from Eddie!! I think he's somehow involved

Nicest wagon yet, love the interior so simple and relaxing.
I would suggest just a good quality turbo setup with modified crankpins to suit 40mm journal E15 rods and low comp dished E15et pistons. Ceramic coated exhaust manifold and single 2 inch SU and meth/water injection.
Will be lighter and just as powerful as a CA18Det.
eg, 40kg less and 200hp

Wow Mike! What an effort. This is truly the nicest wagon I have seen to date. Well done.

Thats good to know about the front lip, cheers...
Good luck with the CA18 conversion, will make it a very quick little ride. What are the regulations in England regarding such a swap? Much paperwork/engineering reports etc?

Thanks for the welcome folks, Quinn, i didn't have to alter the front lip at all, if you hold it up the the front valance it doesnt look like it will fit, but i just welded some nuts onto some big penny washers, marked out the holes so it lined up and bolted it on, and it pulls the valance into shape perfectly :)

I've got 2 weeks of 12 hournights to work from Monday, so the overtime i get from that will be going to fund the CA fitting parts :D
