Ahh do you mean the two holes in the plenum that are exposed once this IACV is removed from the intake manifold?

I think then you mean this one kegs. I'm going to get rid of it, then reset the TPS.

Cool - I'm going to make up a custom elbow to go to the water inlet in the block, and to the turbo water cooling hose. So out just above the lower rad hose, then straight back into the block towards the rear of the motor, with a little T piece off to the turbo cooling.

I was thinking of sending it through the plenum to cool the water down a little, but it wouldn't cool it down much.

Thanks for the advice, has definitely simplified the cooling system.

idle air valve is just a bypass valve with a bimetal strip. 10 minutes after ignition is on, the valve slowly closes. Simple device, kind of handy, but not essential in +10c weather.

Yepo. Bypass that plenum warming piping. Run a hose between it.
