going to use a nistune daughter board so i can tune stock ecu. can change injector sizes and afm's etc and disable speed cut :) . got some spare GTR injectors here but low imp. boss came in yesterday with an injector cleaning machine he picked up cheap. more #### for me to fix! but i get to use it all when i fix it.

The speed sensor is there to detect when you overspeed, and when you are on 'overrun', where it can turn off the injectors to save fuel and improve emmisions.

Stalling at the lights is caused by faulty AAC valve, dirty Idle air passages, or coolant temperature sensor needs replacing. The 2 pin temp sensor, not the spade terminal one.

All factory ca18 turbos have the dropping resistor. Yes you could get some 375cc high impedance injectors and not run the dropping resistor. I run 550cc rx7 series5 injectors on my CA18 which are high impedance. No dropping resistor required...but running the 550cc injectors will only work with ECU mods or aftermarket replacement.

I'm not sure why your balls are involved in the wiring.

the reason the car stalls when hard stoppin, its coz ur acc or wateva its called is down low,

thats the big bulky thing on the inside of the intake, theres a little screen u turn it to turn up the idle

thanks everybody
thanks mildman ive seen that drawing.
ive gutted the butterflys out of the intake and welded the holes up so no probs there.
the prob with the vehicle speed sensor is when you are rolling to a stop with throttle shut motor can cut out or idle badly. want to prevent problem before it starts.
yeah jordy gives everything away or bins it before checking with me! bloody kids eh!
another question, do all turbos have injector dropping resistors and can you just use high impedance injectors instead?
spent 3 hours w/ multimeter on sun (in addition to 3-4 hours last week) and just about have this wiring by the balls
