tea tree oil is a great solvent but egg is protein i doubt it will touch it. saliva would be ok on a small spot. what about laying a wet towell over it to soften it

what about Tea Tree Oil. try it on a very small spot we use it to remove glues etc off paint work and when removing a few vinyl roofs in me time takes off that old adhesive glue for holding them on and its sticks like S#@t to a blanket. Another thing i use for getting crap off is a cap of Kero in warm water with car wash liquid or shampoo. Not household detergent as it contains Salt and should never be used to wash cars. Just wash the car as you normally would sponge etc. Good Luck bud

left some nice spiral cracks in the paint a took a good solid half hour of polishing to make it look like there wasnt egg stains on it to the naked eye

Get to the egg mess as soon as you discover it. Do not let egg sit on your car, even overnight.
Step2
Remove by hand the egg shell pieces that are not dried onto the car.
Step3
Wipe up as much of the egg as you can with a soft towel, being careful not to scratch the paint with eggshell remnants.
Step4
Soak a towel in a solution of half warm water and half white vinegar.
Step5
Place the saturated towel on the egg stain, letting it sit for 15-20 minutes.
Step6
Remove the wet towel, wipe away remnants and dry the area with a soft, dry towel.
Step7
Take your car to a body shop if the paint or clear coat is cracked, crinkled, scratched or bubbling up. You may need to have to have the car spot-painted or completely repainted.

Found this on google, soaking seems to help.
