I was cut off by a bastard the other day crossing in front of 2 cars on a 3 lane part of a main road only to pull up on an intersection that was Red for turning.
I slowed enough to throw 2 huge banana skins onto his open side window to decorate his cigarette smoking wife.
I suggest alway keep some big bananas in your car you can chew on and keep the skins for your trip just in case you need to tech someone a lesson.
Imagine you could have slapped that old farrt with the skins.
At worst Imagine going to court and the laugh hed get from saying he was slapped by banana skins.

Well the polic never called back, so i called them today. The od man went in about an hour after me and made a report. And apparently they have 24 hours to report an accident so he isnt evn getting charged! But hes also claiming i crossed into his lane. And the police told me to call him and sort it out. I dont see him agreeing to pay for it since hes blaming me. Hmm what to do..?? Is that door still around Whoridars_girl?

I suspect that you mean 'Third Party Property Damage' insurance which should be an absolute must for everyone who does not have comprehensive insurance on their car.

You are entitled to know the drivers details & the name of his insurer. If he says he doesn't have one, then let him know that he will be hearing from your solicitor/lawyer & you will see him in court. [It's only a little lie] Let him know that when he looses, he will personally pay for your car & your legal costs.

When you call the cops ask if he was breath tested because you think he was intoxicated. Even if that's a fib too but it strengthens your case, after all, he fled the scene, not you & he must have had a reason to not want to face a breath test.

Sadly i have no insurance. not even ctp.. i bought my car a few months ago and didnt go and get it... i know i should, but i havent.. This coming from a mechanic - 3rd party insureres help fight. they make the other insurer pay for the damages and get a payout to themselves. i cant remember exactly what he said, but i was along those lines, i should probs go get some ctp!!!

why cant we all just get along ??
