If your a first timer and you don't have access to a spray booth or a decent shed with good ventilation and exhaust fans stay away from 2 pak. Use acrylic especially with color as its a lot more forgiving for beginners. If its rust repairs you want done.Ask other members in your area about there experiences with panel shops around the region. Have worked in many panel shops over the years as a lackey doing all the putty and fiberglass work and i still use Acrylics Except for primer i use 2 pak it resists weather as it hardens. There are also books in Library's that can get you started and have some really good tips and tricks.
P.S You get what you pay for. Pay peanuts and you will get a monkey.
