It was the only way his final race was going to end after the season he's had......
Pitty he didnt finish, he said he was going to do doughnuts after the race!!!

On second watching of the last lap that Toyota did look as though it was slowing down and not struggling with the conditions

But hey thats life!

2009 also regenerative braking rubbish... at least toyota have a prius and honda the civic hybrid to race in.... and red bull has wings.... poor coulthard too, but he has had a shocker of a season anyway.

I belive that Toyota's problems were genuine, old tyres and rain are not a good mix but to be on the last corner was a bit iffy.
But what a great way to end the season. Congrats to Hamilton. (Even though i cant stand him)
Bring on 09 less aero on the cars so more overtaking i cant wait. And being a BMW follower looking foward to closing the gap to the big 2.

But how much did Uncle Ron organise to throw at Toyota for thier cars to both loose 17 odd seconds in half a lap when others on dry's did not?
I love F1,but i think the Mafia could do a better job.

once again shows tactics over driving skill.

Unfortunate for massa but shows consistanly placing and tactics are more important than actually winning races.

Glad someone other than a Ferrari driver won it though, the sport needs some diversity after the Schumacher years, dont think a uniform engine is the answer though, will be more like A1gp then... and thats not as exciting as F1... not that its overly exciting anyway.

Probably most tension filled race of the season.
