Will agree with wetdriftwarrior,
"Metal Skin" was a good movie, very strange tho,
love the ending with the blown charger..

Also "Suburban Mayhem" another aussie one with a crazy girl who does burnouts in a vl turbo with the baby strapped in the backseat..

.. and i have to stick up for "Days Of Thunder" to, classic movie :)

Madmax2
Blues brothers
Bullit
Vanishing point and remake
the dukes of hazzard. (Rhys Millen is an amazing driver)
The car scenes in the Blade movies are pretty awsome
death proof

The fast and the furious=FAIL. But the 68 charger at the end of the first one is pretty cool. How gay is that film, the (Anti) hero who drives 10 seconds cars all the time is too afriad to drive a 9second car. (the dodge) Who wrote the script for that film? It was tripe.

Max Cullen played the blind driver in Running on Empty, plus he was the panel shop owner in Midnight Spares, but i don't think he was in Blues Brothers, unless it was him & his brother Cul impersonating Dan Ackroyd & John Belushi
.
Hal Haliecki died during the filming of "gone in 60 seconds II', a water tower fell the wrong way during a stunt & he was crushed. Examination of his driving in the first movie by other stunt drivers concludes he was lucky to survive some of the stunts in the first movie, along with one of the other actors he almost hit. & all the police cars were supposedly driven by off duty cops.

anyone mentiond junkman yet? I think it was made buy the same bloke as the original gone in 60 second'swho was the stuntman that did most of the stunts and died in junkman or something like that!? ramble ramble

Yeah, Junkman was the sequel, and H.B Halicki did die during the shooting (he was the writer, director, producer and star of both films). For those interested in the trivia he was a millionaire toy importer (?) obsessed with cars, destroying a fair chunk of his private collection in both films. The original Gone in 60secs is the greatest car flick without a doubt!

Someone mentioned Ronin before though, top notch as well!

I watched Stone for the first time about 3 months ago. Would have been pretty full on for it's day. There were alot of the same bikes from Mad Max 1 in it. The main guy who witnessed the murder was 'Toecutter' in Mad Max.

Kurt Russell in 'Used Cars'. That was one of my favorites for a while in my teens.

Has enyone else seen the origional Death Race 2000. Classic C grade movie. Right along side The Toxic Avenger.
