apparently not:

* B110: 48544-H1000 BUSH-IDLER
* B10: 48545-18001 BUSHING-idler shaft

The idlers themselves look extremely different.

B10 and B110 steering idler arm bushes the same? Nolothane only list for the B110, im sure i saw B10 in some book but cant find it at work anymore!
