loctite is good, make sure you use the right one, and be clean and do the bolts before it sets..
it's supposed to be good when setting tension,

When I reinstall mine should I loc tight them? or will that have a detremental effect with the torque wrench?

also sikyne if you happen to find a motor with m2 cast on the side it has one of those lighter cranks that the speedway boys are always after

Anything starting in 1974. The A-series engine was redesigned, it has the dizzy under #3 spark plug. Earlier engines had dizzy under #1 spark plug.

Do you know which ones have the finer pitch? 10x1 im presuming?
I`ll go for the finer pitch unit.
Im about to spend a lot of money getting a crank ground and lightend for racing and i`d like to start from the best base.

Also, ARP make flywheel bolts in 10x1.
