sorry unit1200 i'm not a fan of those wheels.
thanks geoff. on my ute ff rears won't fit on the front and i'm probably going to run ff fronts on the rear as well so i can get it lower and i don't need the extra grip the rears give anyway (at least not yet). i have 2 full sets of formula ford tyres at the moment though so i might play around with the rears later to see how it affects handling and how it looks. 13x6 should be perfect for the ff fronts i would think.

how well do the avons grip in the wet? they don't exactly have much of a tread pattern.

Howdy,
I use Formula ford rear tyres on all 4 corners of my
coupe as wet weather tyres.
the size is 7 x 22 x 13

7 inches wide (180mm)
22 inch diameter (558mm)
13 inch rim

they fit realy well on a 7 inch rim
and you might find 6 inch rims will made
the tread roll to much.

Just my 2 cents worth.

Cheers,
Geoff

umm well i'm not sure what the formula ford avon sizes are but i think they're 6 inch wide with roughly an inch and a halfish profile? they're made in england and are not legal for road use so they don't have a normal tyre sizing written on the side.

also anything in or close to act would be preferable but will still consider offers from further away.

hi guys i've recently acquired some formula ford avons and wanted a seperate set of rims for them to chuck on my ute. something jdm style would be nice like work equip or some of those mesh style, ssr etc. dish would be nice or maybe another set of all black rims, black dish could be cool i spose. i'd be happy to try some silver or polished rims with polished dish too. anyway here's a pic of the ute if people can recomend any specific rims they think would look good on it. keep in mind the avons are about half the profile of the back tyres so it will be sitting much lower as well, when they're on i'll go about sorting out the new guard to tyre clearance.
