Haha, one of my first outings I didn't wear a hat and got shot in the forehead from about 10 metres away, dropped me like a rock couldn't get up for about 30 seconds, that hurt.
Would never do it without a ball protector!

Should be a fun day though.
For those who have not done paintball before I will make up a quick list of what to expect/how to prepare yourself for the day (basically if you have balls, wear a box. And some other tips)
