funny you should say that Rubin, but it's under the bench at the old mans place, been there since i was an apprentice, HP's had thick bores and a steel crank, so they were "the ducks guts.."

there some A series stuff under there but i forget whats there, nothing extra good... but who knows..lol

the HR X2 was just a 186 like all the others with the X2 spec upgrades. The 179HP was an EH thing. All this holden 6 talk makes me want to chop the firewall out of the van and hunt down a holden 6 banger.

Why doesent it surprise me that you have an HR X2 block lying about at your house Dundee....

Ill admit I had a 202 and a 186 that I struggled to give away at one stage.

nope not a torry, a 1979 gemini coupe. its mid-mounted with a 186 block (they r sposed to be stronger in the webbing but im a datto man not a holden man so i wouldnt know) with a 202 crank, duggan head, 6 throttle body fuel injection, controled by a motec. makes 295hp at the wheels on vp110 race fuel. ohh so much fun to drive in the 8 laps i got to drive it for
sssute. yeah somebody had to say it, but do u want another one, coz its got a crack all the way down the block down the centre of no 4 cylinder lol
