Webers will hold a tune for years. It's the rest that goes (points, air leaks, etc) and then people mess with the Weber to compensate.

how will the webbers go on a daily driver. i have heard that they are really crap at holding a tune.

I'm interested in the old L-Series. I LOVE the A Series but I must admit the L-series is pretty interesting.

Looking good allan, a set of stacks and filters and get the dizzy sorted you'll be smiling from ear to ear.

What are you doing for the linkage, if you can find one of those side pull cable setups that bolt to the top of the carbs that would be the way. I'll try find a pic of one.
