Not U20. Not R16.
Looks like it would fit a J-series engine (J13 or J15).

J series hav shared intake port (only 1 for two cylinders) like a mini

Tommo's manifold looks like U20 engine. It would have been fitted with Twin Hitachis in the 1969 Datsun Fairlady (2000 Roadster).

The earliest Fairladies (circa 1962) may have had SUs.

There were a bunch of different Fairlady models.
Some with single carb. Some with E engine.

Here's a Fairlady:

Does this help?

Other Dude's '65 Fairlady

He's got a R16 in his.

This one looks more like the setup you've got:

Twin SU's on R16
