yeah mines the same as levey. yeah my guess was a 71, my other parts dtasun has the plate. yeah ive got no old rego papers or anything which makes it a bit harder, but we will get there :D

Yeah mine came with no plate either and no holes where they should be, I think my car came from NZ.
Don't know what year mine is either.

All vehicles in the 1200 range should have this plate. The coupe will be 71 - 74. If it was registered in the past they can search and find out the details. That it was last registered with. Or just grab one off another vehicle and tell them when you register it.

yeah ive got the black plate,
i dont have the other plate thats on the passenger side...
i think its a 71 model, dad was saying that the earlier imported ones dont have an adr plate...
hes a mechanic by trade and his work is going 2 register the coupe he just needs 2 know a year model...

Sounds like your missing the black plate on the drivers side. All that is on this plate is the model: B110 Engine: A12 Hp: 63 ??? and maybe engine number. Could probally get one off another car and if it has the engine number on it, just register with different engine number.

The plate on the passenger side has the adr compliance and year of manufacture

i was just wondering if there was any way to find out what year model my datsun 1200 coupe is...
it has a 2 piece front bumper, and im not sure if that helps..
it doesn't have a Australian compliance plate so yeah.
and is there any way to tell of the chassis number?
any help is appreciated :D
