Might sound a bit simple but have you bled the clutch master and slave? Have you checked to see if the slave is throwing the clutch fork far enough or at all?

hi guys, im runnin a ca18 and my clutch seems to be pretty much ridin on the firewall, its just had a reconed 5 speed put in it but finding it hard to get into gears. Any ideas on what the problem might be and how to fix it. thanks for all your help.
