well if your radiator hose is gunna blow you would want it to happen outside bunnings and not too far from repco

lucky for me it did
yes thats right

we pulled up to get fuel and decided it was packed and we would be here for half an hour
so took a detour through bunnings car park (well didnt quiet make it) and the Y started chugging reel bad
we made it into a parking spot open up the bonnet,

hey my engine bay is now covered with sh1tty radiator gunk
and so is my distributor and spark plugs!
but lucky enough we were on the way to pick a part wreckers, which ment about every useful tool in our garage was now either on the back seat or in the boot of the 120y
and i suppose even more lucky we were outside bunnings and just around the corner from repco

so we got the chick at repco to find us a hose with the same bend as the 120y hose
then cut it to size uing a blade knife from bunnings

some crafty thinking had us pumping the water from the washer bottle into the radiator

and we all know when a hose is gunna blow
its gunna blow

so i suppose the best place for it to happen is outside a tool shop and around the corner from a parts shop!

and after this i decided it was time to flush the radiator and top it up with some good stuff
castrol radicool
i guess thats gunna keep me busy tomoro then

thanks for reading
Jason
