it all depends on the intended use for your dato, is it just a daily driver? or a weekend cruiser?

Smoother drive? i'm not quite sure that?

The A14 has a noticable power increase over an A12, you'll be peasently surprised with it, if its just adaily driver.

Extractors should fit on an A14, basically the same.

A downdraught 32/36 webber would be sufficient for daily driving, with a 2-2.5inch exhaust.

just dropping in an A14 and bolt on all your existing bits (carbie, extractors etc) will give a noticeable power increase. only 200cc's more but a lot more torque than the A12. the A14 has a different bolt up for the intake manifold than A12 but exhaust is the same.

So I have read through many pages of info and have confused myself

I just need someone to set me striaght with some info very bluntly if you wouldnt mind :P (which im sure someone wont).

Basicly I'm looking at gaining not so much morepower but more grunt outta my A12 or A14. Now I'm not familiar with these motors so i will opps up with info :).

So basicly A which motor will poduce a smoother drive (guessing the A14) and how do i go about doing this?

I already have extrators on the A12.(will they bolt up to the A14?)

What is the most suitible sized Barbies for both motors?
Would I be better going a twin Carby setup?
What is the most optimal size exhaust for both motors?

thanks guys i appreciate any help

Ron
