The name B-210 was only used in North America. In other countries different names were used.
Since he's in Canada, they are probably large park-bench bumpers.

think they might be 120Y (Japanese/Australian/European/South American spec B-210) front bumpers
if they are - make sure if you get them you get the bumper brackets as well as making up new brackets could be rather time consuming...
