No, an E15 distributor does not have a "timing point". Like every 4-cylinder distributor it has a current pulse every 180 degrees inherent in the wire. Unlike some newer (late 1980s) electronic distributors, it has no specific signal output.

With most EFI controllers you do not need a timing point -- it is only used with sequential EFI or individual coils. Put the controller into constant flow mode and 'wasted spark' mode and you should be OK.

yea its a ems and on the wiring diagram is says dizzy or sensor

What sort of computer is it? Some fuel only computers will run on a tacho signal, but most of the newer ones require a crank angle sensor.
