I got my hands on the Aluminum Pulsar one, looks better than the tin one.

My "Armbrust" rocker cover cost me ~$450au to purchase the raw casting and then finished it off to the way I wanted it.

I think you will find it is for the shaft and not the rockers themselves. [at least, thats how I interpreted it]
