For anyone interested....
We made the trip to Palmer, and it was ahot rod/american muscle kind of thing. They closed down the main street, had a band on, sausage sizzle, pub was doing quite well. All in all, we spend a few hours wandering around with some good quality cars to look at. Well done to whoever put it on, and was worth the drive. No datsuns though!
