1200 auto tunnel is almost as big in the guts as these. but the bellhousing section is still to small so needs to be replaced anyway

The 1200 automatic tunnel is designed to fit the 3N71B, the same as used in the Datsun 810 Bluebird circa 1980.

Datsun 1200 automatic tunnel is the best fit. It is big enough to fit the same automatic that Toyotas and Bluebirds use.

as said, 120y, stanza, 180b, 200b and bluebird tunnels are all pretty big and can fit in easy enough. ive used both 120y and 180b tunnels in my cars and have plenty of room for the heater to fit back in and lots of room for the gearbox

I have a 200b tunnel in mine,
Have not checked to see if the heater fits back in though as the car is not going to be rego'd. Was pretty easy to do.

stanza or 120y tunnel as piggy is using in wagon. could also go 180b

these leave enough room for stock heater to fit still.

Hey everyone, I am fitting a Toyota W58 supra gearbox to my 1200 coupe and was wondering if anyone has done it before, I know it’s very unlikely as a lot of people don’t like Toyota motors in Datsun's but any suggestions would be great. I have thought about making my own tunnel and welding it in but figured welding another cars standard tunnel over the existing then cutting the old one out would be the easiest option. So any ideas would be great.

Thanks Brent
