Thanks guys, I have two but they both look like they've been leaking, you know, green hue/crust around the base. I cleaned one up & was thinking about pressure testing it under water to see if it leaks, just haven't done it yet.

I put the whole heater box back together with new foam & cleaned out & tested core so thats the last part I'll need. I know nissan says NLA but has anyone found new ones here ?

How bout you AU guys, can you buy a new one at a parts house over there for a coupe?

Dave, thanks for the offer, I appreciate the gasket you sent as well. I've got to heater boxes as well along with 2 used control valves.

I have a spare you can have. It is a good used one.
B-pro sells new ones.

Read this, it talks about alternatives: 1200 Tech: Heater Cock

Hey Evan,
do you need another valve? Or are you looking to upgrade?
I have another heater box assembly here.

anyone know where to buy one of these, aftermarket , oem, whatever... or are there any from other models that retrofit to the 1200 heater box? say from a 210, Stanza, pulsar, any models?

Anyone ever rebuilt one, its got a C clip inside it & I might take it apart just to see if the seal can be replaced.

Ideas anyone - hell I'd buy one from AU or SA if they're available new oem.
thanks, Evan
