Townie, I'm about to sell my 450x300x76 intercooler. It's
never been used (only trial fitted). Have also got two smaller coolers if your looking for something unobtrusive.
PM me if your interested and I could email some pics to you.

Another option if you need to leave the rad support intact is the 270x300x76 core size (450mm overall lenght) coolers avaliable on ebay for $100. These fit in the spot in front of the factory radiator and need only two spots were the outlets are trimmed out. Factory radiator can still fit if staying a series, grille needs small triming too but fits nice. This all means car can go back to stock if needed and should be easy to engineer. Cooler should be big enough for a mild street setup, rated at 400hp. Cheers

To fit a 450 x 300 x 76mm neatly behind the grille
you will defintely need to do some trimming of the
radiator support panel. Most I have seen have also
required some minor trimming of the front apron panel
as well.

I am trying to avoid the trimming of the front apron panel
and have been looking for a slightly thinner cooler.

He Tommoz where did you get your cooler from and how
much was it. Also does it have 3inch of 2.5 inlet/outlets??
