Hey mate, I was gonna do this conversion but got hold of a 200B sss coupe to put that engine in, a good guy to talk to is vg120Y on OZDAT.

He's got really good info and a lot of experience

Have a chat with him, he's got a n/a 3.3l V6 rego'd in his "330Y" so will be very familiar with the requisite mods for a big power upgrade in a 120Yeehah!

mate best way is to speak to an engineer in your state they will tell you whats needed, ur better off doing that than going by what people think is legal, as for conversion parts see scott and tam @ www.maddat.com.au

Gday all.

Well the idea has been put in my head that i should do an SR20 conversion in my 120Y sedan. Ive been hunting around for information on the conversion but cannot seem to find the answer im looking for.
Problem being. I am in NSW, by putting the engine in the car, what upgrades are required to make the car safe and legal? If upgrades are required, what would you recommend?

thanks
