make ure own, u wont find one easily, i rang around half a dozen importers, they threw most of e spares out years ago :)

He (and I) probably were. Maybe I got my wires crossed on that one.
So I'm goign to need a resistor for my conversion. Bummer. Thats one more thing to find.

Your mate must have been drunk. All wiring diags clearly show the dropping resistors are a det only part. Plus I've personally done a DE to DET upgrade back when I turned 25... 12 years ago

Hmmmm.
I had always been led to beleive that the CA18De's used a resistor, and the DET's did not. This was told to me by a mate who has done lots of CA18det wiring loom conversions/ECU remapping.

yep, all wired up now. you just suplly 12v to one side of all resistors and all outputs on the other to the injectors :)

so correct me if i am wrong, cause the ca uses 370cc injectors which are low impedance, i have to wire in 4, apprx 6-7ohm resistors in series parallel with the injectors??

i think i know what i am talkin about lol..

anyone done the conversion?

They are a JECs part with a Nissan connector.
The term "Dropping Resistor" is the term of interest.
