Only just saw this thread..... I have seen 2 seperate black 1200 utes in darwin over the last 6 months. One was looking pretty shabby and was parked at Tyrepower on the Stuart Hwy in Stuart Park. Ph no is 08 89816911. Might be worth a call but it was look in pretty poor shape. The other one I have seen around had an intercooler haning out the front and was in one of the main streets of darwin... havent seen that one for prob 4 or 5 months though. No idea who owns either of them. Will keep an eye out, cheers

No luck unfortunately, Troppo is going to keep an eye out for me but i don't like my chances.
I'm in the market now for a coupe/sedan around the 2k mark. Trying to minimise the rust factor ha ha!

Sent some things up to Troppo in Darwin about 18 months ago for a ute. Look him up he may be able to help.

Hasn't been on this site for a long time but does have an email address.

If your really interested I may still have his mobile number.

I was working up in Darwin at the start of the year, saw this beast (at least I think it was, the number plate looks familiar) cruising Mitchell St a couple of times. Only ever saw it in passing, so never got a chance to chat to the bloke or have a look over it. I think its turbo'd now.
