lexen is a good alternative if it isn't road registered because it wont pass ADR's . another plastic is called "MYLAR" it is much more scratch resistant than lexan
but still no ADR's

all good ideas
but holy #OOPS# to get glass made thats expencive,
ill have to take some measurments on a 720 and a 1600 and then on the 1200
thats for the help guys

it wasn't the glass cost it was tooling up to make the bend in the glass ,
tooling was $2500 to $3000 then each set of two front glass was $1000 .
You had to be talking large numbers to make it worthwile

one piece front glass was a conversion i looked at a wile ago
but it was to expensive to get glass made in small quantities.
If enough people are interested it might be worth a second look.
