I am running 200b custom coilovers and disks. Car is on rotisserie, doesn't matter what brakes it has, it won't move far :) drums have been off for more than 6 months

Pfft, a 1200 with no rust, like to see that. I am not interested in unpicking a 30yr old floor pan and welding it into my ute.

bailz have you thought about finding another 1200 ute and cutting the floor out of it ,that way you know it will fit and will probably be cheaper in the long run , you could try grand auto wreckers ,they might have a shell there with a good floor

It also depends on how much you want to replace.

The section behind the rail where the seats bolt down is nearly flat. so thats easyish.

The tunnel is the harder part to get the same as factory as it curves in two directions.

I think that most guys when they make a new tunnel to fit different boxes, they make them with square edges as its just too hard to get them round.

If you can supply a sheet metal work with your old floor, then they shoudl be able to do something, it will just cost some reasonable dollars i would expect.
