not yet man - sitting firm @ 6K. Looked around and there are plenty of utes from $2 upto $21K - mine is the best around at that price. Don't wanna hijack this thread - but someone should buy my ute!

Copydat mate i tryed to buy your ute i was the guy that loved it!!!!!
I bid up to $5000 on it but i couldnt come up with how much you needed for yours i still think it looks swell but.
To be honesti would have struggled to come up with the 5k i bid on it but i do agree that its worth it.
have you sold it yet?

my ute did that onmce and it was just the master cylinder was worn out so i got a larger piston put in it ,and i havent had any trouble since

I had a similar problem on an old Subaru and I think from memory one caliper seized and the other one was getting pretty close to it.
EDIT: If in doubt put a new kit in the master aswell.

so would both calipers go at the same time?
thats why i suspected the master cylinder but as you may have guessed im not a mechanic!!!!

Probably calipers need rebuild, had this problem before but not on a Datsun.

I droped the ute off at the old mechanic we use for the wifes golf gti
they are good honest guys but cant look at it till tuesday, hopefuly its just the master cylinder.

haha well hate to let you know but it likely is the start of things to come, when you tinker with cars they break in saying that though i in no way whatsoever regret buying an old modified car, keeps me busy lol.
