here is a pretty good DIY caltrac bar instruction.

Someone posted it here ages ago.

I'm going to build mine using the remnants of a four link out of some van I bought the diff out of. I suppose sunny rear links might work too.

what ange said, or if you want really shmick looking more solid ones you can use rod ends at either end

the best way to do it with a ute though would be to make them ontop of the diff, so they are like the top 2 links of a 4 link setup
as i think they would have better leverage of the diff on top than below, so should stop tramp better. mainly if your running lowering blocks
and if you want to get real trick you could make them diagonal so they stopped side to side movement of the diff also

any control arm of that sort will work, 200b stanza and sunnys have similar arms that could probably be used

come to think of it they might have been sunny bottom arms
