They're likely strong enough, but you might have to google and find out the ratios, being on a mid sized 2 or 4 wheel drive ute the strength should be ok, but the ratios, particularly first might be pretty unsuitable possibly too wide or too low in first with a big jump to second, but that's only a maybe.

ive got a 13a toyota gear box out of a hilux ,can the be used in a 1200?, are they any good ?
