Hey thanks bige.

Anyway this baby is no longer for sale. Back to the cupboard. Thanks for the interest, at least we now know the volumes of the H75 combustion chambers.

I was hoping for some decent offers but they're all shockers at the moment, not one over $200.00 Oh, fark. I don't know whether to laugh or cry!

Cheers fellas.

Chris

2cc is equal to approx half a compression ratio eg; if 29cc works out to 9 to 1 ratio,. then 31cc would have 8.5 to 1 comp .cheers

Anyway the head CC'd in at 31cc, two more millilitres than that of a H89 so when people call these the low-comp heads, it can hardly be considered as a low comp head as there is only a 2cc difference. Slightly lower comp I suppose?

Sorry to hear about your license, it happens to the best of us.

If you feel you can buy a GX or H89/H75 head and get it reconditioned and flowing better, then by all means go for it. There are a couple on eBay now actually, one over priced and one quite reasonable.

I haven’t even put a price on it (as I am asking for offers) so I don’t see why you feel you need to justify your other options, it’s quite okay to keep those thoughts inside your mind, especially this confusing piece;

I'm very keen, give me enough time to stew over it and I will buy it, but sorry not at this point in time.

At least 800 - jeez no wonder they haven't sold jk.

As much as I would like it I just cant help but feel that I could buy and reco a GX or A14/15 head and have that work as good as or better than a H75 but for less money - just that it wont have the novelty value of a OEM part in brand new condition.

I'm very keen, give me enough time to stew over it and I will buy it, but sorry not at this point in time.

Losing my license too doesn't add to the cause (with any luck I'll get a restricted one).

At least 800 dollars as they are rare and try to buy a single repro chev head for that price.
You should go to the morry forums chris if no interest here they look after the A series better
than us these days.

I wouldn't mind a new head (current one #OOPS# the valve guides/seats) but I'd have NO CLUE as to a reasonable price...so I wont embarras myself.

Any idea on shipping to 7054?
