make sure that you have plenty of detergent around to help keep the rubber from tearing....a hook took is the best to use but if you dont have one just use the screwdriver, just keep it lubed or you will have to get a new rubber. If the rubber is really hard you are best to just get a new one as all it will do is rip. I prefer to just use a big knife and cut it out...much fatser

I found out a way of removing my front window without killing the seal! hehe...

Use a screw driver to lift up the seal from the inside part of the window...but instead of leaving the screw driver there and sticking in another one...i bought some cheap ass pencil's ate a chinese store and stuck them in between the seal and the car. So you just need to lift up the seal in stick in a whole pensil (horizontaly) between the rubber and the window frame. The first pencil is the hardest (like everything in life) but after that it gets easier. Put pencils all around the window frame and near the corners (i put in the top part and the side part...didnt put pencil on the bottom part of the seal...not worth the hasle). After all is done, you just need the push the window out...you be amazed of how easy i will pop out! Worked great for me...hope it works great for you as well...

Just my 2 cents...cheers and good luck...

it's so much easier to not keep the seal intact, I cut it away to the glass and lightly push the glass out.

Ahhhh, so easy it could do itself if given some radioactive incentive....

2 people and a couple of screw drivers or other flat objects, slowly go around from the inside and lift the seal up and out of the car
start from a corner, stick the screw driver under the seal then just lever it over the lip that holds it in. will need to leave a screwdriver or 2 in place to hold the seal on the other side of the lip whilst you go along and lever more over

think when i took the window out of the ute i was stripping i just cut the seal as it was already pretty dead, but used that method on a fair few cars and seems to work well
