i find it funny how 1000 utes dont fetch as much as the 1200 ute's. i would have thought they'd be worth more as they are older and much harder to find in good nick. atleast the 1200 had more NOS and after market stuff for it

It's because they are awesome light rwd old school cars with great aftermarket support.. And as with all dattos have instant respect .. I got mine for $1200 which I thought was appropriate fir a 1200.

yes, there is only:
* Mazda 1200 ute
* Toyota Publica ute
* VW Caddy/Rabbit ute
* Ford Bantam ute
* Proton Jumbuck ute
* Nissan NP200 ute
* Subaru Brumby/BRAT
Most of these small coupe utilities are FWD, so don't have the advantages of the Datsun 1200 ute.

there is not much like the 1200 ute, but as the sedans and coupes and wagons there are heaps, like corollas, mazdas,ect.

not 2 many small utes. they are very handy.
