Lift up the carpet, and look for four small holes where the sheet screws would have been attached.

This is the 1200 brackets, B210 bracket are similar

my 2 door coupe one is longer(like the second pic) than my sedan one and also has the fake woodgrain inlay in it. Both cars are manual as well. I find those long ones annoying when you're trying to grab a fistful of handbrake during a motorkhana.

JDM B210 had three types of console:
* regular
* Automatic (longer)
* with oil & ammeter gauages

All JDM B210 were fitted with console except the Semi-DX trim. If yours has Deluxe badges, it probably should have a console.

No, not all B210 came with a floor center console. But it seems quite common in USA.
