All this stuff can be found on ebay as you've alluded to nick you just need to mod it to suit or use the bits you want and put aside the rest. Even rebuild kits are on there for T25 estyre the shaft play isn't generally caused by the shaft its the bush/bearing that wear they even offer a How to on rebuilding it, well one member does.

yeah tap water from heater lines would possibly be easiest, or just bottom radiator hose and block like you said

T the oil feed from the oil pressure switch, and just weld a pipe into the sump for the return

ok so i just want to feed the turbo the stuff it needs on the a14 what would be good to use as im very very new to the turbo world. where do i get oil pickup from?? and how do i setup water feed and returne?? is there places that will work best if i hook them up to??

ie supplie water say from bottom hose radiator and returne at rear of head via heater inlet of head
ie oil pressure swith splitter feed to turbo and returne to sump or oil gallery in block??

maybe i should post this in main :)

could use something like that, silvias use steel lines with banjos on the end of them that are really to suit the engine more so than the turbo

i think ive got one, you would need to braze it to some copper pipe or something so you arent running rubber hose next to the turbo though
