As for the round ports not making any more power with carbs bigger than 38mm
Thats not taking into account that the round port head can flow much more than
the 38mm can supply in a hotted up engine or one in a bigger capacity a14/15 etc.
The fully ported round port heads are know to have made 120hp in an A10 for race.
This is not taking into account that Austin A series cast iron heads flow less and
can make 150hp in a 1380cc engine. The Nissan round port head is well underrated.
Ive seen heads with the same sized ports on much bigger capacity engines.

it wouldnt be hard to drill a hole and tap the thread for the PCV hell if you want il throw one in just because im a generous redneck

i will split em up $300 for the carbies with the fuel line and linkages and new air filters and gaskets and $200 for the manifold plus postage to whereever it is you are in this big red land :)

Additionally, in Australia at least, this manifold if used in its original unmodified form is not legal for street use on anything other than the A10 engine.

If provision is made for PCV function, then it will be legal for use on 1200 engines.

Linx D1000 is for Datsun 1000, so they are round ports.

Which says -- with this manifold -- the larger SUs won't make any more power than the 1.5" (38mm) SUs. English measurements, hmmph.

Yeah, sorry I'm confused? They're two stud? I thought they were four. I'm after a four stud but that's only if you separate, someone else might want the whole lot.

I may be interested in the SU manifold (D1000) if you end up splitting it all up.

It looks like a four stud, can you confirm?

Absolutely quality setup right here :) seriously 44mm SUS beat 38mm anyday
for those after more oomph and yet with its infinitely variable operation
it can replicate a smaller carb charge velocity and maintain economy.
Non pollution original English SUS are still made new so parts are no issue.
Will suit from mild to hot 1200 and up. On ebay it will fetch that price
from the morrie baby boomer Grey brigade.
