We've never seen any brochure from anywhere that showed an automatic as a factory 1200 pickup option.

There are a few custom ones out there, but are they for sale? Best idea is to buy a nice manual and pay a shop $2000 to swap an automatic in it.

i dont think in aust the were made as auto

couldnt see it being hard to convert as most ppl through the auto stuff out like ive done many times

better off getting a manual and converting to auto, i also believe that they werent actually offered from factory with autos

but seems as it was a cut and shut tunnel job on all of the auto 1200s it wouldnt be hard to make it look like it was that way from factory

i doubt it very much that you would find one as i believe they never came out in auto. unless of course it was a custom job

I know it may be a long shot but my mate really wants to buy a 1200 ute fitted with an automatic transmission...he can't drive manual. He's looking to spend 2-4k. Preferably located between Sunshine coast and Northern NSW.
