Yes, you can get the front door arm rests from B110, B210, B310 or 620 pickup.
The B110 1200 and 620 types are the same. The others are slightly different but bolt in.
Try Nissan if you want new ones. Much of the eBay parts in USA are still sold by Nissan for about half the price of eBay.

I see on Ebay you can get New door arm rest and trim from the USA and Mexico.
I am after a set (the front doors) arm rest for the 120y.
Are they available in Aust.
