Ye no kidding dodgeman,
Youll probably loose power with all those mods on a mild motor...
All you need to do to a A15 head is a nice port and some dual springs to make 150hp, doing massive work to the flow when your not aiming for big numbers generaly just reduces bottom end and mid range torque

Sounds like serious overkill for a street hack.
There are plenty of A15 powered race cars that make more than enough grunt to frighten the crap out of most people, that don't run valve sizes anywhere near that big.

35mm exhaust is a major mod (offset guides) EX will hit side of bores,will need to go big bore also (79mm +). cheers

rebuilding oval port head to put on my a15 going up in valve size 40mm inlet 35mm exhaust, bigger inserts,hi porting,bigger springs maybe angle mill the head to get plug closer to the center, angle mill inlet manifold to correct manifold angle and to staighten inlet tract looking for any ideas,sugestions thanks tommo
did someone have pics of cutup heads??
