my experience, they melt the headlight fuse right out of the fus box, or if you hold it between high and low beam (so both are on) if melts the wire in the high beam switch

Will swap over relays from another ute and will check the back of the fuse.

or they melt the plug off ive had that happen like mik said on the back of the fuse box

im tipping switch or melted/shorted wire. you sure the wire hasnt come off the back of the fuse box too? happedned to me once.

sealed beams. I ran a wire direct from three battery and they both still light up.

my headlights just stopped working the other night but all other lights work. Checked the fuse and its good. Does anyone else have any ideas?
