Redline offer a
filter assembly that will accommodate a feed from both crankcase fumes and rocker fumes.
These are very poor flowing filters but from all the people I know (who run twins) they pass inspection even though you can regard them as an exposed filter element.
Your next option is to plumb the crankcase fumes and rocker fumes into a plenum or airbox that connects to a separate air-filter.
It's a hard one to pick but if you go for air-filter socks and small filters on the vent lines you will most likely get done for 1; not adequately dealing with the crankcase and rocker cover fumes but 2; having exposed air filter elements.
Once they see the fumes getting redirected back into the induction system they tend to rest a little easier even if you are running the exposed box filter elements.
Your other option is to fit a PCV valve to the inlet runners (which shares all of the four vacuum signals) to take the feed from both crank and rocker cover. Fitting a PCV valve to one single inlet runner and plumbing the feed into this may pass the inspection but it won't work or perform properly.
Hope this makes sense
