It really comes down to your engineer.
He might require you to get the welds x-rayed if he wants to be uber analytical.
It would be worth speaking to Maddat to find out if any of their parts have been pre engineered.
IT would certainly help to have had an engineer sign them off as being "engineered" as opposed to "engineerable".

who knows if the maddat fully adjustable coil overs are street legal in qld? as well as all the other adjustable steering/suspension parts?
